初步咨询协议是由监管的加拿大持牌移民顾问（RCIC）Kenan Alsamman（会员），会员号：R707864与其客户（客户名附后）签订的。
初步咨询应向客户提供全面的分析和足够的有关移民计划或问题信息。
初步咨询将为客户提供对其资格的了解，以及下一步的计划。
客户应向加拿大移民顾问提供所需的信息，如完整的咨询评估。
客户必须在咨询前至少24小时向RCIC提供所需的信息。客户必须在预约日期前至少48小时内支付全部咨询费用。
法律效力
本协议受安大略省现行法律和加拿大联邦法律管辖和保护。
初步咨时间的规定
初步咨询内容仅供参考，不具有法律效力。
初步咨询的时间限制在30分钟以内，费用为100加元。超过30分钟的后，将以15分钟为单位缴费，每15分钟40加元。
客户最多可以有两次电子邮件与其通信，以帮助澄清他们可能遇到的任何问题。每封电子邮件通信不得超过一个问题。
超过30分钟的咨询需要重新预约。在安排新的咨询预约时，支付适当费用。
初步咨询协议的条款和条件继续适用于下一步的咨询。
代理费用的规定
如果客户在提供初步咨询后的两周内决定委托Kenan Alsamman（会员号：R707864）为代理，初步咨询所支付的费用将被记入协议中。
退款政策
在咨询前已支付的初步咨询费是不退的。
请注意，受监管的加拿大移民顾问（RCIC）Kenan Alsamman是加拿大移民和公民身份顾问学院（CICC）的良好成员，受其章程、道德守则和条例的约束。
Initial Consultation Agreement
1.The initial consultation agreement is established between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Kenan Alsamman, membership number: R707864, and the Client with the name stated in the attached booking.
RCIC Contact Details
The initial consultation shall provide the client with a comprehensive analysis and sufficient information on relevant immigration programs or issues.
The initial consultation will provide the Client with an understanding of their eligibility in addition to the next steps to take.
Client is expected to provide RCIC with the required information, such as a completed Consultation Assessment, at least 24 hours prior to the consultation. Client must provide full payment for their consultation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled date.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Limits of Engagement
The initial consultation is for information purposes only and does not constitute as representation.
The initial consultation is limited to a duration of up to 30 minutes at a cost of the price indicated on the booking selected by the Client. Time used by the client beyond the 30 minutes will be charged at 15-min increments at a rate of $40 CAD per 15 minutes.
Client is allowed one e-mail correspondence within three months after the consultation to clarify any questions they may have. Each e-mail correspondence shall not exceed one question.
Further consultation beyond the 30-minute booking will require a new appointment with the applicable fees paid upon scheduling a new consultation appointment. The terms and conditions of this Initial Consultation Agreement continue to apply to future consultations.
Credit Towards Retainer Agreement
If the client decides to retain the RCIC for representation within TWO weeks of the day the initial consultation was provided, fees paid for the consultation will be credited towards the retainer agreement.
Refund Policy
The initial consultation fee payable prior to the consultation is non-refundable.
Please be advised that Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Kenan Alsamman is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its Bylaw, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
